Reviews and Ratings <br />
I have to say, my stay at the resort was a delightful experience overall. The natural mineral hot springs pool was a standout feature that I really enjoyed, making for a unique experience. The staff was very attentive and helpful, which added to my comfort during the visit. However, I did encounter some issues with cleanliness in my room that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. While the location in Hot Springs State Park is fantastic, the service we received fell flat, and the condition of our rooms left much to be desired. The restaurant staff were friendly, but my interactions with management were frustrating, particularly with the housekeeping standards. I can't recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our reservation. The hot springs experience was amazing, providing a unique and relaxing evening. However, the second night left a bad taste due to the unexpected run-in with authorities, which made us feel unwelcome. Overall, it's a great family-friendly spot, but I would recommend being cautious if you're coming from out of state, especially if you're from Colorado.
The hotel is located in a lovely area next to the state park and hot springs, making it convenient for outdoor activities. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, although they could use some updates, especially in the decor. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some tasty options but also areas that could use improvement. Overall, the value for the experience was decent, especially given the unique atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. While I appreciated the location nestled within the beautiful Hot Springs State Park, the service left much to be desired. I encountered rude staff during dining, which was disappointing since I had fond memories of my previous visits. The rooms were comfortable, but showed clear signs of wear and tear. However, the hot springs themselves provided a wonderfully relaxing experience, making it somewhat worthwhile.
